  • Six-hour minimum: $625

  • No cleaning fee if no catering included

Our building offers warm, flexible spaces, ideal for parties, off-sites, conferences, presentations, board meetings, or workshops.

Our event space offers a projector, screen and full sound system, with catering and other support available upon request.

Only members can rent the space. Rentals require a non-refundable 50% deposit (50% of the rental fee + 50% cleaning fee) to secure the date. If cancellations are required, deposit can be applied to a new date but cannot be refunded. All payments must be made by credit card. If you are hosting an event including alcohol you just obtain event insurance. We can refer you to our local insurance agent for help obtaining it (usually about $100 per event). All third parties such as caterers or bartenders must have their own insurance.
